About Shane English Shane English is Stuart Lichtman's Master Licensee and chosen successor for teaching Cybernetic Transposition (CT) to the world — the sole, exclusive worldwide licensor of the CT technology. Before personal development became his life's work, Shane spent years in corporate management, including a senior leadership role overseeing Service Center Operations for FedEx Corporation, managing a team of more than 500 employees at one of the company's major freight centers in the United States. That operational, results-driven background still shapes how he teaches CT today — not as abstract theory, but as a disciplined, repeatable system for producing real outcomes. Since 2005, Shane has worked as a master trainer, leading experiential, transformational training and coaching programs around the world, with the past decade focused predominantly in Asia from a base in Hong Kong. His work spans team building, managerial effectiveness, shared purpose and vision, and managing change — with a track record of measurably improving performance and productivity for the organizations he works with. His training style is distinct: an intensity balanced with compassion and humor that helps participants move beyond self-imposed limitations. As the only person authorized to license and teach CT worldwide, he is now focused on carrying the work to a global audience — while continuing to personally train students throughout Asia.
